FLOWER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
❀ Keep your blooms out of direct sunlight, heat and moisture to reduce discoloration
❀ Dust florals with a clean fluffy makeup brush to avoid dust build up
❀ They DO NOT require watering
❀ Shedding may occur, they are real flowers that have been dried so this is to be expected
❀ If taken care of correctly they can last up to 3 years
❀ How long do orders take to create?
This is all dependent upon what arrangement you would like & stock availability. We have a quick turn around for our popular pieces and try to have them finished within a week. Check out our online store for what we currently have in stock, however if you would like a custom order send us an email or contact us on instagram ( customs can take 2-3 weeks). If you require it for a particular occasion or as a gift, please give us at least one weeks notice.
❀ Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! Our delivery fee will depend where you are located. Within the Ipswich & Brisbane region delivery is $20. Some of our larger arrangements we are unable to post, due to how delicate they are. However some of our smaller bunches we can post directly to your front door!
❀ What flowers do you use?
We predominantly use dried & preserved blooms.
However we also use Faux Florals, particularly for our arrangements with roses. These last longer than preserved roses and hold their shape and colour for much longer. If you have a preference for dried or faux florals, please make us aware at the time of ordering.
❀ Do Arrangements come with a vase?
All of our arrangement come with the vase as pictured on our online store. However if you would like an arrangement as a bouquet!
Terms & Conditions
❀ Coco Lane handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
❀ We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All deposits for weddings or larger arrangements/wall installations are non-refundable.
❀ Coco Lane reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers are not of the quality suitable to the event or in the event flowers are not available. The integrity of the proposed look and colour scheme will be maintained, and equivalent value of flowers will be used. Coco Lane does utilise dyed flowers but will not be liable for staining to any garments due to their usage.
❀ Hired Items: All rental items must be returned in the same condition to Coco Lane within 72 hours of the event. Any rental items returned later than 72 hours will incur an additional fee for the agreed upon rental cost of 20% of the items as stated in the original proposal. If the rental items are unreturned within 7 days or broken, there will be a invoice sent to be paid for the damages in full. CLIENT is responsible for coordinating item return. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred.
