Shipping policy

All of our orders are shipped with Australia Post. We ask that you allow for 5 days to receive your order once you have received confirmation of shopping information.  If you require your blooms sooner please check the express shipping option at check out.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you along with your invoice once your orders has been dispatched. Please check Australia Post website for updates. Pick up is available for Brisbane customers at Bellbird Park, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection with the address attached. It is contactless pick up.

 Please note: Once we have dispatched your packages, we are not responsible for postage delays. Please allow extra time for special holidays Christmas, Public Holidays, Mothers Day, Valentines Day.
