Returns and Cancellations

 Please contact us via email within 24 hours ONLY of receiving your products to report any issues. Photograph evidence will need to be sent within 24 hours of delivery to cocolane@outlook.com. This will need to be in original packaging: unused, all flowers in tact and in its original condition. 

 We do not offer refunds and cancellation of orders once the invoice is final and has been paid.

Please be aware we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

 No compensation will be provided for damages or faults incurred post delivery but if you have any problem please let us know as soon as possible and we can assist you.

 

Weddings

With the ever changing environment surrounding restrictions and having to change dates, we really do understand how challenging these times can be. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your wedding altogether we will offer a partial refund 75% if you cancel within a 6 week period. Dried flowers are ordered weeks in advance, so please be mindful. If you choose to postpone your wedding, we are willing to accommodate those changes.
